We offer Han Guk Mu Sool classes that combine traditional Korean martial arts with modern self-defence techniques. At Martial Arts Carterton, students of all ages develop skills through adult martial arts, self-defence classes, and han guk mu sool, learning striking, grappling, and joint-lock techniques in a safe and structured environment. Each session also includes stretching and breathing exercises to improve balance, coordination, overall health, and well-being while promoting personal growth and confidence.
